Lucas Verandah Railing MESH

This is a new mesh made from a maxis fence and column, modified to give a column where you click as some of the other maxis fences do. No need for cheats. To get the roof out to the posts without putting a post on every square, build a wall first, place the roof, lock it, then remove the wall and replace with verandah railing, leaving a space for stairs.
