IMPORTANT!! You can download either the zip (top one)to install modular stairs manually OR download Lucas Online Modular Stair Installer HERE ,Install it, then choose the bottom download button for each stair and it will automatically install both the package file and the text file for you.You will get a message saying stairs are installed OR you already have them (if you do). Then there will be a message saying an error occurred, ignore it, just click OK. All have unique guid's.

The Verandah Railings are stand alone clone-recolours of Lucas Verandah Railing. There will be modular stairs to match very soon. The fencing are cloned recolours from Maxis Fences. All have unique guid's. Thank you Lucas and Cyclonesue for your wonderful help!
